A split collar can be useful when replacing or adding a collar to an installed flagpole without removing the pole from the foundation sleeve. The collar is split in half and mounting tabs with screws are installed on the underside of the collar. The quantity and size of the mounting tabs may vary depending on the size of the flash collar ordered.

Great Product!
This is a great replacement for older flagpole collars that are stationary. You will need to remove the old ones with a metal curtting saw to be able to install these. Once they in place they look great!
